Brian Neely is a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager providing building enclosure design and consulting services for Gale Associates. Gale was established in 1964, and is a 100 person design and consulting firm of civil and structural engineers, architects, building enclosure specialists, and aviation engineers and planners focused on the repair, renovation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings, infrastructures and sites. Gale provides consulting and design services to the public and private sectors Gale maintains six offices throughout New England, the mid-Atlantic states and Florida. Brian leads Gale’s building enclosure group, most recently on new educational, research facilities and medical centers. Mr. Neely is an advocate for industry education and networking, serving as co-chairperson of the Building Enclosure Council – Boston (2014 to 2018) and as past president of the CSI – Boston Chapter (2008-2012). Brian is currently assisting National Institute of Building Sciences with a building enclosure commissioning training program.
